Lead the accounting department and manage a team of five employees, overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements prepared under HGB and IFRS. Optimize and develop accounting processes while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory financial standards. Consolidate financial reports and manage transitions from HGB to IFRS, acting as the primary liaison for external auditors, tax advisors, and internal departments. Drive the development and implementation of strategic financial projects to support internationalization. Requires a degree in business administration with expertise in German and international accounting standards, ERP systems, and team leadership.
