Job Summary
Lead THT and selective soldering teams while planning personnel resources, including shift and vacation scheduling. Ensure timely, cost-effective production by monitoring key performance indicators and implementing corrective actions for quality deviations. Enforce quality standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations while driving process optimization through Lean principles like 5S and Kaizen. Collaborate cross-functionally with production, logistics, quality, maintenance, and industrial engineering to maintain efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektronik, Mechatronik oder Industrietechnik
- Weiterbildung zum Meister, Techniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Elektronikfertigung, vorzugsweise im Bereich THT
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP- Systemen sowie mit MS Office
- Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Durchsetzungsvermögen und Entscheidungsstärke
- Teamfähigkeit und hohe Sozialkompetenz
