Job Summary
Lead the transport and logistics organization for the client group, developing and implementing a forward-looking transport strategy that balances cost, sustainability, and regulatory compliance. Ensure reliable supply and connectivity across multiple operational sites while managing a large team of specialists and leaders. Optimize multimodal transport concepts and logistics structures, overseeing efficient dispatch processes and continuous improvement of workflows. Drive economic resource utilization for vehicles and transport assets, analyze key performance indicators, and lead enterprise-wide strategic projects. Build and retain qualified operational talent through sustainable acquisition and retention concepts.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung im Bereich Transport, Logistik, SCM oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
- Studium auf Stufe FH, HF, Uni oder vergleichbarer Abschluss in BWL, Management oder Logistik
- Mehrjährige nachweisbare Führungs- und Managementerfahrung in einer anspruchsvollen Transport- oder Logistikumgebung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Bereiche Transportsteuerung, Flottenmanagement u. Prozessoptimierung
- Unternehmerische Denkweise sowie ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Führungskraft und Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Anspruchsgruppen erfolgreich zu verbinden
- Entscheidungsfreude, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Teamorientierte, selbstständige und effiziente Arbeitsweise
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
- gute Französischkenntnisse (ist ein MUSS)
