Job Summary
Coordinate the organization and structure of the parts warehouse, ensuring all required components are available on time for the workshop. Manage the independent ordering and procurement of spare parts and accessories while selecting and comparing suppliers based on price, availability, and delivery times. Oversee warehousing, inventory management, and return processing to maintain a reliable supply network. Work closely with the workshop and service intake teams to optimize ordering and storage processes. This role is part of a family-owned automotive service business with fixed, predictable hours and no shift work.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Kfz-Teilehandel, Lager oder Werkstattumfeld
- Technisches Verständnis für Fahrzeugteile und Zubehör
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Fähigkeit, Abläufe eigenständig zu koordinieren und zu optimieren
- Grundkenntnisse in EDV (Werkstattsoftware, Teilekataloge, MS Office)
Desired Qualifications
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in einer leitenden oder koordinierenden Funktion
