Job Summary
Steer the strategic, technical, and organizational management of the company's bidding and costing strategy, including the selection and prioritization of tenders. Lead a team responsible for calculating complex infrastructure projects in civil and road construction, while developing technical concepts and pricing strategies to secure sustainable orders. Manage bidding and contract processes, representing the firm in negotiations, and provide disciplinary leadership to the costing team. Collaborate closely with branch managers, site directors, and external partners to ensure economically successful project outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufs- und Leitungserfahrung in der Kalkulation bzw. Bauausführung, idealerweise im Bereich Tief- und Straßenbau
- Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz
