Job Summary
Lead the tool maintenance team for injection molds in daily operations, overseeing technical and disciplinary leadership. Plan, coordinate, and prioritize maintenance tasks in close alignment with production, quality, and scheduling. Contribute to the industrialization of new tools, manage tool changes, and implement structured change management. Develop and optimize the TPM and preventive maintenance systems, including spare parts management and warehouse oversight. Requires a completed toolmaker or polymechanic training, experience building and maintaining injection molds, and leadership experience. Full-time role with 40-hour week, 25 days vacation, and strong social benefits in the canton of Bern.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Werkzeugmacher:in oder Polymechaniker:in
- Berufserfahrung im Bau und/oder Unterhalt von Spritzgusswerkzeugen
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
