Job Summary
Lead the realization of the complex Dock A terminal at Zurich Airport from construction start to commissioning, independently drafting performance specifications and managing the tendering and award process. Collaborate with project managers to optimize construction workflows, establish the schedule framework, and oversee costs and contract compliance. Work within a 30-person project office team on a decade-long project requiring innovative solutions, utilizing advanced IT tools and strong German and English communication skills. Join a flat-hierarchy environment with long-term development opportunities at the airport or other IB projects.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung und Erfahrung als Bauleiter:in, Hochbautechniker:in oder Architekt:in
- Fundierte Erfahrungen als Leiter:in Realisierung nach SIA in der Schweiz
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
