Job Summary
Drive operational process optimization and profit center management by analyzing workflows, eliminating bottlenecks, and standardizing systems for scalable growth. Execute hands-on solutions to resolve inefficiencies and bridge gaps between Sales, Operations, and Customer Success. Partner directly with the CEO and CTO to translate long-term strategy into actionable operational milestones while preparing the organization for certification and enterprise-scale demands. Leverage experience in structured environments to audit internal processes and ensure reliable execution across high-regulation sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolghaft abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
