Job Summary
Lead the operational procurement of building materials with an annual volume exceeding CHF 200 million, managing a team of 13 employees across five Swiss locations. Develop modern lead-buyer structures, establish unified national processes and standards, and optimize procurement workflows in close collaboration with Category Management, Sales, and Supply Chain. Build strategic supplier relationships to ensure reliable and cost-effective material delivery while driving organizational improvements. Based in Unterengstringen (ZH) with regular travel, this national leadership role offers significant autonomy to shape the future of HGC's operational procurement.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Führungs- und Einkaufserfahrung
- Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung von Organisationen und Prozessen
- Verhandlungssicherheit und unternehmerisches Denken
- Erfahrung mit SAP oder einem vergleichbaren ERP-System
- Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
- gute Französischkenntnisse (mindestens B2)
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz
