Lead the fleet team of 15–20 personnel and ensure departmental goal achievement. Manage active recruitment and continuous team development while overseeing smooth vehicle logistics for all arrivals and deliveries at the Hemau location. Monitor all vehicle movements to guarantee timely availability during the processing workflow and maintain an up-to-date inventory through regular stock checks. Identify and implement improvements in workspace organization. Requires multiple years of experience as a fleet worker or yard master, proven leadership success, and technical understanding of workshop processes and warehouse organization. Full-time role with overtime pay, 28–30 days vacation, and a prepaid MasterCard with monthly top-up.
