Leiter elektrisches Kalibrierlabor (m/w/d)

Lead the technical and organizational management of the electrical calibration lab to ensure smooth daily operations. Conduct calibration procedures for electrical measurement quantities both in the lab and at customer sites. Manage team development, coordinate customer orders and schedules, and act as the central contact for technical inquiries. Oversee capacity, utilization, and budget planning while analyzing key metrics to drive continuous improvement in quality and efficiency. Support the branch manager with strategic development and lead internal and external quality audits. Requires a technical degree in electrical engineering or mechatronics, leadership experience, and a Class B driver's license. Based in Darmstadt with on-site travel for customer visits.
