Job Summary
Develop and optimize strategic work safety processes while leading a team of three specialists and six laboratory staff. Proactively identify health risks, conduct measurement campaigns, and perform risk analyses across operations. Serve as an expert advisor to sites on projects, product transfers, and technology implementations. Design internal training programs and deliver technical presentations to build organizational expertise. Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations. Requires a Master's or PhD in Chemistry and specialized work safety training.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Chemie (Master / PhD) oder eine vergleichbare naturwissenschaftliche Qualifikation
- Ausbildung als Spezialist:in der Arbeitshygiene gemäss gesetzlicher Verordnung
- Mehrjährige Praxis in der Arbeitshygiene
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams in einem wissenschaftlichen oder analytischen Umfeld
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- ein starkes Stakeholder-Management
