LEITENDER PSYCHOLOGISCHER PSYCHOTHERAPEUT (m/w/d)

Lead a team of approximately 10 psychologists and trainees alongside a senior physician in an acute psychiatric setting. Manage personnel leadership, development, and scheduling while delivering individual and group therapy to patients. Ensure high-quality, guideline-compliant diagnostics and treatment, providing supervision and guidance to your staff. Represent the clinic internally and externally with professional expertise and personal presence. Shape and develop the clinical concept and internal processes. Requires an approved psychological psychotherapist with extensive clinical experience, ideally in somatic or acute psychiatry, and proven leadership skills. Located in the Allgäu region with a collaborative double-leadership structure.
