Lead the psychotherapeutic team at the Zürich location, providing clinical supervision and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care standards. Conduct your own psychotherapeutic treatments, including indication interviews and case management, while actively shaping the site concept within the broader clinic strategy. Collaborate closely with the clinic leadership and build external partnerships with referrers, employers, and insurers. Maintain clinical quality by adhering to established standards and participating in site meetings. This role offers full leadership responsibility with a five-day work week, no weekend or night shifts, and regular opportunities for professional development through supervision and training.
