Job Summary
Lead the medical direction of the Zürich site, supervising the therapeutic team and ensuring clinical quality standards. Conduct your own psychiatric and psychotherapeutic treatments, including indications interviews and case management. Collaborate closely with the clinic leadership to shape the site concept within the broader clinic strategy and maintain external partnerships with referrers, employers, and insurers. Manage a 5-day work week without weekend or night shifts within an interdisciplinary environment. Report directly to the clinic leadership for strategic alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Facharzttitel für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie oder gleichwertige, anerkannte Qualifikation
- MEBEKO-Anerkennung (falls Ausbildung im Ausland)
- kantonale Berufsausübungsbewilligung (falls vorhanden)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der ambulanten psychiatrisch-psychosomatischen Versorgung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1-Niveau)
- Hohe Führungs- und Sozialkompetenz
- ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Kommunikationsstärke
