Job Summary
Lead and build a team of up to four technicians for installing and operating commercial energy systems in Germany. Perform expert installation and commissioning of electrical systems per VDE 4105/4110 standards. Manage and optimize photovoltaic plants, battery storage, energy management, and EV integration, including grid connection oversight. Monitor network connections, control, and regulation technology while collaborating on network infrastructure planning and installation. Diagnose and resolve technical faults, and document work results with detailed reporting. Requires Meister or equivalent qualification, strong VDE knowledge, and experience in PV and automation. Full-time, four-day week with regional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektromeister (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.b. staatlich geprüfter Techniker (m/w/d))
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der VDE4105 und VDE 4110 und in der Planung sowie Installation von elektrischen Anlagen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Photovoltaikbereich, idealerweise mit der Integration und dem Betrieb von Solaranlagen
- Führerschein Klasse B mit Reisebereitschaft auf regionaler Basis (+/- 200km)
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung in der Softwareprogrammierung und Anwendung von Automatisierungssoftware von Vorteil
- Gerne mit Erfahrungen in dem Aufbau und Führen von Teams
- Affinität zu Netzwerktechnik und praktisches Verständnis der Netzwerkstruktur
