Lead the medical direction and conceptual development of a defined area within a 190-bed psychiatric facility, overseeing a multiprofessional team of physicians, psychologists, and social services. Foster interprofessional exchange and actively participate in continuing education while supporting the leadership team with on-call background duties. Manage patient care across outpatient and inpatient settings for diagnoses spanning addiction, geriatric, and general psychiatry. The role offers flexibility in work scheduling, mobile work options, and a broad range of internal and external training opportunities within the Vitos Klinik network.
