Job Summary
Research and execute client luxury leisure bookings, including hotels, villas, yachts, cruises, dining, and concierge services. Investigate destination options, prices, and customs while suggesting suitable travel plans based on client needs. Independently review reservations for accuracy, maintain ownership of client records until departure, and solve travel-related problems by applying knowledge of airline regulations and current events. Ensure clients understand necessary travel documents and health requirements. Follow up post-trip for feedback and assist with future plans, utilizing the AXUS digital itinerary platform.
Required Qualifications
- At least three (3) years of experience in the luxury leisure sector of the hospitality industry
- SABRE experience
- Ability to function in a fast-paced, demanding environment with little supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with high end and high demand travelers
