Job Summary
Manage leisure club operations alongside the Leisure Club Manager, ensuring efficient processes and seamless member experiences from the poolside to the gym floor. Motivate fitness-focused teams to push boundaries through killer customer service and a passion for helping members achieve their goals. Handle multi-tasking to tackle key areas while maintaining high standards of member satisfaction and operational excellence across our growing network of hotels and leisure clubs.
Required Qualifications
- A passion for leisure and fitness
- Good knowledge and experience of leisure operations
- Attention to detail
- A drive to ensure that the highest levels of member experience are consistently delivered
- Motivational and passionate about developing others
- All offers are subject to a successful DBS check
