Job Summary
Manage club operations alongside the Leisure Club Manager to ensure seamless member experience and efficient processes. Motivate teams to push boundaries through killer customer service, while multi-tasking duties from managing the poolside to coaching members on the gym floor. Deliver high-level member service and support staff development within a lively, modern environment across hotels and leisure clubs from Aberdeen to Bournemouth.
Required Qualifications
- A passion for leisure and fitness
- Good knowledge and experience of leisure operations
- Attention to detail
- A drive to ensure that the highest levels of member experience are consistently delivered
- Motivational and passionate about developing others
- All offers are subject to a successful DBS check
