Lead the Team Leaders, Group Fitness crew, and gym floor staff to ensure the club is spotlessly clean, safe, and operating at high standards. Manage daily rosters, conduct inductions, and coach teams to deliver brilliant service while handling member complaints to turn frustrated guests into loyal fans. Own the commercial reality by working with the Leisure Club Manager to control costs, drive profitability, and hit revenue targets. This role requires previous leisure management experience and resilience, with a start date of 1/10/26.
