Job Summary
Leisure Club Manager responsible for leading the Leisure Sales, Operations, and Reception teams to deliver outstanding hospitality, drive on-site upselling and monthly revenue targets, and ensure high member satisfaction. You will champion brand standards, manage unit profitability including payroll, foster community partnerships for member retention, supervise compliance and health and safety, and coach a hands-on team to deliver a positive guest experience through proactive leadership, training, and performance management.
