Job Summary
Maintain vigilant poolside cover for 30-minute rotations, responding immediately to alarms and acting as the first responder in any emergency. Perform periodic cleaning across the club, including male and female changing rooms, while strictly following COSHH regulations. Engage members as a friendly face on the floor, answering queries, managing lost property, and reporting equipment defects to maintenance. Handle hotel cash, security, and emergency procedures in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. Support fellow Leisure Team Members and assist other hotel departments as needed. Operate within a strict 30-minute rotation policy balancing lifeguarding duties with leisure assistant responsibilities.
