Job Summary
Manage activity bookings, hire out sports equipment, and assist guests with enquiries while ensuring safety checks. Operate bowling lanes and support the pottery studio, then host interactive experiences in the Entertainment Hive. Maintain a friendly, can-do attitude throughout all guest interactions. This part-time role includes evenings and alternate weekends with a guaranteed minimum of 128 hours over four weeks. You will work at Whinfell Forest, supporting our mission to build better worlds for guests, colleagues, communities, and the environment through our core values of caring, bravery, determination, and authenticity.
Required Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Warm, friendly and genuine approach to guests and colleagues
- Confident using IT systems and software
