Leisure Attendant (Lifeguard) - Part Time

Leisure Attendant (Lifeguard) for part-time shifts at LeisureSK centres. Responsibilities include supervising the swimming pool and surroundings to ensure customer safety, performing general lifeguard duties to National Pool Lifeguard Qualification standards, maintaining poolside safety, monitoring swimmer numbers, and reporting issues to management. Role duties also cover routine centre tasks such as cleaning, equipment assembly/dismantling, assisting with events/activities, and providing outstanding customer care. Must maintain NPLQ through scheduled training, follow the Pool Safety Operating Procedure, manage health and safety for customers, and respond to emergencies per centre procedures. The position involves interacting with customers, representing LeisureSK professionally, and supporting opening/closing procedures and other tasks as requested by management.
