Job Summary
Maintain vigilant poolside cover for 30-minute rotations, responding immediately to alarms and acting as the first responder in any emergency. Rotate into leisure duties to carry out periodic cleaning across the club, including changing rooms, while operating equipment and adhering to COSHH regulations. Engage members as a friendly face on the floor, answering queries, managing lost property professionally, and reporting equipment defects to maintenance. Handle hotel cash handling, security, and emergency procedures in strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures. Support fellow Leisure Team Members in departmental operations and assist other hotel departments when needed.
