Job Summary
Maintain vigilant poolside cover for 30 minutes, responding immediately to alarms and acting as the first responder in any emergency situation. Rotate into leisure assistant duties to maintain impeccable hygiene standards, including periodic cleaning of changing rooms and operating cleaning equipment in accordance with COSHH regulations. Engage members as a friendly face, answering queries, managing lost property professionally, and reporting equipment defects to maintenance. Operate hotel cash handling, security, and emergency procedures while ensuring all extras comply with Standard Operating Procedures. Support fellow Leisure Team Members and assist other hotel departments as needed.
