Job Summary
Maintain vigilant poolside cover for 30-minute rotations, responding immediately to alarms and acting as the first responder in any emergency. Rotate into leisure duties to maintain impeccable hygiene standards, including cleaning changing rooms and operating equipment per COSHH regulations. Engage with members by answering queries, managing lost property, and reporting equipment defects to maintenance. Handle cash handling, security, and emergency procedures while adhering to statutory requirements and Standard Operating Procedures. Support fellow Leisure Team Members and assist other hotel departments as needed. Operate within a strict 30-minute rotation policy that balances lifeguarding with club-wide maintenance and member interaction.
