Job Summary
Conduct precision manufacturing of parts for the pharmaceutical industry, assemble electrical and mechanical components, and perform repair and maintenance tasks on machinery and tools. Execute troubleshooting procedures by creating fault reports and resolving technical disruptions while planning and overseeing small-scale projects. Manage production processes with a focus on high accuracy and precision. Complete over-occupational courses at partner firm aprentas to develop practical skills in a realistic environment. This four-year apprenticeship includes technical school subjects such as mathematics, physics, and technical English.
Required Qualifications
- Schulabschluss im mittleren oder oberen Niveau (bei sehr guten Leistungen auch Basisniveau) oder Matura/Abitur
- Gutes technisches Verständnis
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und räumliche Vorstellungskraft
- Feinmotorische Fähigkeiten für exaktes Arbeiten
- Geduld, Ausdauer und Konzentrationsfähigkeit
- Freude an der Technik
