Job Summary
Operate and monitor computer-controlled production plants and reactors, precisely planning, preparing, and executing production processes while verifying quality standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, environmentally friendly manufacturing at Syngenta's Synthesis Pilot in Münchwilen and large-scale facilities in Muttenz and Kaisten. Participate in rotations across chemical, biotechnological, and operational sites to support global agricultural solutions. The program includes hands-on training in synthesis, large-scale production, and biotechnology with equipment provided and material costs covered.
Required Qualifications
- Sehr gute Leistungen im Basisniveau oder mittleres oder höchstes Sekundarschulniveau
- Mittlere Reife (D) oder andere höhere Schulstufen
- Deutsch als Muttersprache oder auf C1- Niveau
- Freude an Technik und naturwissenschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
- Technisches Geschick bei der Umsetzung praktischer Aufgaben
- Hohe Konzentrationsfähigkeit, exaktes Arbeiten und Ausdauer bei anspruchsvollen Prozessen
