Job Summary
Support internal customers at two locations in Schaffhausen and Merishausen via the IT Service Desk. Perform independent hardware and software deployment across the manufaktur, offices, boutique, and multimedia environments. Manage IT rollout, relocations, workstation setup, and inventory care. Collaborate on projects and execute smaller initiatives while gaining exposure to server, network, security, and application development areas. Participate in cross-functional projects and explore technical domains like industrialization or the Digital Team. Complete a three-year apprenticeship starting August 2027 with a 40-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- Oberste oder mittlere Schulstufe (Sek)
- Gute Leistungen in Mathe und Naturwissenschaften
- Gute Mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch und Englisch
- Interesse und Spass am Umgang mit verschiedenen IT-Technologien
- Teamfähigkeit, positive Arbeitseinstellung und Spass am Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Menschen, Kulturen und Einstellungen
