Senior Product Manager, Platform at Progyny leads the strategy and roadmap for the company’s technology platform, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions for clients, members, and internal stakeholders. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical product management and software engineering
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or business analytics
- Experience as a Product Owner with Scrum or other Agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of technology platform products (Salesforce, AWS, GCP, PostgreSQL)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to rapidly earn trust and collaborate with stakeholders
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and articulate trade-offs
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong time management and attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Healthcare industry experience (preferred)
- Experience managing large digital projects across multiple engineering squads (bonus)
- Experience with platform migration or modernization initiatives
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams
- Experience with Salesforce, AWS, GCP, or PostgreSQL (platform products)
- Experience with product discovery and continuous improvement methodologies
- Data-driven decision making and analytics experience
- Ability to prioritize competing opportunities and drive trade-offs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record delivering scalable technology solutions
