Required Qualifications
- MBO-4 vocational education

- Proficient in Dutch and English (speaking and writing)
- Geographical knowledge of the Netherlands (and surrounding countries preferred)
- Proficient with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience with transport planning software
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
- Ability to prioritize and maintain an overview in busy situations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with route optimization and planning software
- Experience coordinating with external transporters and drivers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with loading and transport documentation
- Additional language skills beyond Dutch and English are a plus
