Job Summary
Manage client insurance contracts, create and compare insurance offers, and process applications, contract changes, and claims. Provide telephone counseling on insurance matters, conduct risk analyses, and draft coverage concepts. Execute damage settlements and handle all necessary correspondence. This three-year apprenticeship combines practical training with a vocational school program in insurance customer service. Located in Vienna's Mariahilfer Straße, the role offers a family atmosphere with opportunities for long-term employment and further education. Candidates must possess excellent German language skills in both oral and written form.
Required Qualifications
- Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- 3-jähriges Lehrverhältnis zur Ausbildung als Versicherungskaufmann/-frau
- Dynamische Persönlichkeit
- Breites Allgemeinwissen und Kommunikationsstärke
- Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, starke Eigeninitiative und Verlässlichkeit
- Organisationstalent, strukturiertes Arbeiten und hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse
