Job Summary
Assist and oversee all food and beverage requirements for the VIP area, ensuring quality products are delivered fresh and timely. Support VIP Servers in various stands throughout the facilities by clearing tables, resetting them for new guests, running food from the kitchen, and maintaining a clean dining area. Perform side tasks including cleaning and filling salt and pepper containers, collecting banquet equipment, and preparing garnishes, beverages, and condiments. Ensure proper grooming, sanitation, and customer service standards are met while maintaining positive client relationships. Requires TABC and Texas Food Handlers certification, the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and moderate physical efforts such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- TABC certification
- Texas Food Handlers certification
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to normal business hours
- Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers
- Ability to work in both inside and outside environmental conditions
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form
- Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
