Job Summary
Define and execute the Legal Operations roadmap for Wealth Management & Insurance, translating legal and business needs into prioritized initiatives for simplification, automation, and AI implementation. Coordinate with Technology, Operations, and AI teams to deploy workflows, dashboards, and common repositories, while establishing a unified legal knowledge base and reporting standards. Drive process improvements in legal spend, external counsel management, and matter tracking, acting as the primary liaison between WM&I Legal and internal transformation stakeholders. Facilitate change adoption and prepare executive materials to track transformation progress for leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 5 a 8 years in legal advisory, law firm, legal consulting, legal transformation, Legal Operations, legal tech, project management or related areas
- Real experience in transformation projects, process improvement, automation, digitalization, reporting, knowledge management or implementation of technological tools
- Good understanding of the functioning of internal legal departments and their operational challenges
- Experience in financial services, asset management, private banking, insurance, investment products or regulated environments
- Degree or Bachelor's in Law
- Training in Legal Operations, Legal Project Management, digital transformation, Agile, Lean, Design Thinking, process improvement, data analytics or AI applied to the legal field
- High English, oral and written
- Practical knowledge of collaborative tools, document management, workflow automation, dashboards, SharePoint, Power Platform, generative AI solutions or similar technologies
- Ability to work with legal teams, technical profiles and senior stakeholders in global, regulated and multidisciplinary environments
- Ability to translate legal and business needs into concrete operational and technological solutions
Desired Qualifications
- Participation in legal transformation projects, Legal Operations, legal tech, AI, data, workflow automation, document automation, matter management or knowledge management
- Experience designing roadmaps, governance models, business cases, dashboards, KPIs and executive reporting
- Ability to translate legal and business needs into concrete operational and technological solutions
