Job Summary
Legal Technology Business Analyst responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and administrative processes through the Virtual Reef platform. Primary duties include monitoring workflows, tracking requests, data entry, reporting, and process documentation; collaborating with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve workflows; analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement; maintaining data integrity across systems; communicating updates to stakeholders; participating in process-improvement initiatives; and providing general administrative/operational support to the team. Requires strong attention to detail, excellent verbal/written communication, ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, entrepreneurial mindset, interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
