Job Summary
Collaborate with legal practice groups to assess needs and evaluate emerging technologies like generative AI for workflow optimization. Implement practice-specific solutions, monitor their effectiveness, and provide training to enhance efficiency. Design adoption programs, including onboarding and communication strategies, while documenting prompt variations and sharing outcomes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to operationalize technology-assisted workflows and working with IT and Training teams. This role supports experimentation and scaled adoption of agent-based solutions within a remote environment.
Required Qualifications
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- A minimum of 10 years of work experience
- Experience in a law firm or legal department setting
- Certification or coursework in legal technology or related fields
- Project or product management experience
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual/hybrid team environment
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with collaboration platforms, practice-specific applications, document automation, and process automation tools
- Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language
- Discretion in working with confidential data
