Job Summary

Coordinate innovation projects focused on People, Technology, and Process to develop client solutions and improve service delivery. Lead stakeholder engagement for client portal configuration with emphasis on UI/UX and data visualization while driving continuous development of new products and services. Manage vendor relationships and present, demonstrate, and train internal and external audiences at conferences and events. Maintain intelligence on legal technology tools and trends, including AI, machine learning, and automation, to leverage developments for strategy goals. Prioritize conflicting demands to deliver simultaneous projects while adapting communication approaches to diverse stakeholder audiences.

Required Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level in a Law or Computer Science discipline
  • Legal training
  • Prior legal innovation / technology solutions
  • Effective time management / project management skills
  • Prioritise conflicting demands and deliver simultaneous projects
  • Strong communication / stakeholder engagement adapting approach to audience
  • Solution design and development focused, pragmatic and confident
