Job Summary
Legal Talent Development Coordinator serves as operations and logistics partner for the Legal Talent Development team, driving execution of programs, processes, and priorities. Responsibilities include coordinating workflows, managing timelines, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and overseeing logistics for talent development programs and events; managing calendars, records, budgets, meetings, and vendor/venue coordination; assisting with annual evaluation/compensation, partner promotions, and academies/clinics; preparing materials, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables; maintaining department documentation and facilitating post-program reviews. Requires strong organization, communication, and collaboration across teams, with ability to handle confidential matters and multilevel stakeholders; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); 3+ years’ relevant experience in a law firm or professional services setting; Bachelor’s degree.
