Job Summary
Legal Systems Trainer responsible for delivering in-person, virtual, and one-on-one training for attorneys and staff; lead onboarding and ongoing workshops; develop training materials and eLearning content; provide real-time coaching on firm technology; collaborate with HR on skill gaps and development plans; manage training schedules and LMS feedback; improve user adoption of firm software and processes; requires 3+ years in law-firm training, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and Nashville-based local presence with occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of training experience in a mid to large sized law firm
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Familiarity with legal tech (e.g., NetDocuments, Litera, Intapp) is a plus
- Experience creating eLearning or training content preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-service environment
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
