Job Summary
Onsite Witness Coordinator (Legal / Litigation Support) in Louisville, KY supporting a US Federal Government client. Responsibilities include witness management before/during/after trial, coordinating travel and lodging, courtroom orientation, reimbursement vouchers, file/database maintenance, scheduling, and collaboration with DOJ offices, courts, probation, U.S. Marshals, and investigative agencies. Role is administrative, legal-support, logistics, and witness-facing, not attorney services. Requires hosting coordination with external justice-system partners and ensuring witnesses can appear for court, pre-trial conferences, and grand jury proceedings. Core duties include notifying witnesses of appearance dates, arranging travel, collecting documentation, maintaining calendars/files, and tracking hearings and conferences.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship
- at least one year of legal experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- strong communication and organizational skills
