Job Summary
Develop firmwide workforce plans and succession strategies to support long-term growth and evolving legal practice needs. Lead organizational change initiatives by providing guidance, training, and coaching to PART Specialists while overseeing performance management, hiring, and goal setting. Leverage analytics and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions on staffing models, resource deployment, and workflow design. Partner with Regional Administrative Directors to forecast budgets, manage staffing costs, and ensure adequate coverage across litigation and transactional practices. Monitor overtime, approve time and attendance, and coordinate with Office Administrators to balance workloads across multiple offices. Design leadership development initiatives, implement training programs, and identify automation opportunities to enhance team capabilities and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 8-10 years' progressive services administration
- 3-5 years in a senior leadership or strategic operations role
- Strong working knowledge of litigation procedures and litigation support best practices
- Proved ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Proved ability to drive organizational change
- Proved ability to align operational functions with strategic business goals
