Job Summary
Provide proactive administrative and matter-management support to the Court of Protection and Management of Personal Affairs specialist team within the Private Client department in Taunton. Responsibilities include proactive matter management, accurate handling of post, document review for compliance with Money Laundering obligations, entering correspondence into Peppermint and updating Matter Summary Sheets, maintaining diary notes of deadlines, accurate photocopying/scanning, on-site client and third-party communications, proactive billing and file closures support (including WIP and disbursements), document formatting and proofreading, liaising with central support departments to resolve issues, participating in departmental meetings, coordinating with Marketing for event management, and undertaking additional duties as requested. Ideal candidate is proactive and enthusiastic with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, excellent time management, and experience supporting fee earners in a legal environment.
