Job Summary
Prepare, format, and edit correspondence and documents; assist with closing binder preparation; run reports; file documents manually and electronically; enter time and prepare expense reports. Collaborate with Legal Administrative Assistants to manage workload and support attorneys. Maintain confidentiality of client and firm matters while working independently in a fast-paced environment. Requires high school diploma, strong technical skills in Microsoft Office and document management systems, and flexibility for daily workflow demands. Follows a hybrid schedule of four days per week after completing training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
- Excellent technical, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a large professional environment
- Working knowledge of the firm's computer applications
- Working knowledge of document management system
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client and firm matters
- Ability to maintain a high-quality work product in a fast-paced environment
