Job Summary
Provide legal support across e-commerce, digital content, financial services, and other Rakuten group businesses at every stage of service changes, launches, and acquisitions. Design contract relationships considering the overall transaction picture and actively involve stakeholders to resolve cases with speed. Lead proactively in preparing for challenging business risks alongside global expansion, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations in Japan and internationally. Requires approximately 7+ years of corporate legal practice experience or 3+ years with a bar license, strong self-motivation, and critical thinking skills. Fluency in English and Japanese is required.
