Legal Specialist

Job Summary
Review, analyse, and negotiate NDAs and ancillary transaction documents; apply client-specific playbooks and structured negotiation frameworks; identify and manage deviations from standard positions, implementing appropriate fallback language; manage high-volume document workflows, meeting defined turnaround times and service levels; support multiple concurrent transactions in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments; collaborate with a global legal team to ensure consistency and quality across deliverables; contribute to ongoing process improvements and delivery efficiencies; provide feedback to product teams to enhance AI tools and workflows.
Required Qualifications
- LLB (or equivalent legal qualification)
- 1–3 years’ experience in transactional legal work/ contract review or similar high-volume legal environments
- Demonstrated experience reviewing NDAs and/or similar commercial agreements
- Experience working within structured legal frameworks, templates, or playbooks
- Excellent written and spoken English (essential for international client work)
