Job Summary
Develop legal schemes for new service launches and analyze legal issues across diverse projects. Draft contracts and terms while reviewing personal information protection compliance and privacy policies. Handle litigation, disputes, and other legal matters with urgency. Work within the Legal Support Section, which covers both B2C and B2B areas, leveraging experience in telecommunications or manufacturing industries. Requires approximately five years of in-house legal experience or three years as an attorney. Based in Rakuten Crimson House or Higashi-Shinjuku.
Required Qualifications
- In-house legal experience about 5 years
- Law office attorney experience about 3 years
Desired Qualifications
- Japanese attorney qualification
- Experience in telecommunications/IT industry
- Work experience in personal information and privacy-related matters
- Proficiency in AI and information processing technologies
