Job Summary

As a Legal Secretary, you will provide essential legal secretarial and administrative support to senior-level attorneys in Litigation and Labor and Employment practice groups, ensuring accuracy and timely handling of various litigation matters.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • At least 3-4 years performing legal secretarial work at a law firm or equivalent
  • Willingness to learn new processes and software applications
  • Superior communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with executive and senior management
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong customer/client focus and teamwork skills
  • Experience working in a legal office
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills
