Job Summary
Coordinate the preparation, editing, proofreading, formatting, and processing of legal documents, including correspondence, memoranda, and pleadings. Maintain and organize electronic and paper legal files, update case information, and track final and executed documentation. Manage incoming telephone calls, communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and courts, and collaborate with paralegals and administrative support professionals. Provide administrative support to assigned attorneys, including time entry, travel arrangements, invoice processing, and expense reporting. This role requires regular in-office presence in West Palm Beach, Florida, with flexibility to work overtime as business needs require.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant law firm experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Knowledge of applicable legal procedures, court rules, and filing requirements, including state and federal electronic filing procedures
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with document management systems
- General understanding of the capabilities, limitations, confidentiality considerations, and responsible use of artificial intelligence in a professional environment
- Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, approved AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or comparable platforms
- Flexibility to work overtime as business needs require

- iManage experience
